Support Your Adult Child’s Journey
Agile LifeLaunch Coaching for Teens & Young Adults

You’ve offered encouragement, structure, space, and love. Yet somehow, despite your best efforts, your child might be feeling stuck—unsure of what to do, or what comes next. Agile Life Coaching offers support for your adult child through practical approaches that inspire action and help them overcome fear and overwhelm.
That’s not a reflection of you. It’s not a failure on their part. It’s just a moment in time that calls for a different kind of support. And that is why I created Agile LifeLaunch Coaching.
Why LifeLaunch?
LifeLaunch Coaching exists to offer support and guidance to young adults learning to adapt in the world of adulting. Whether they’re navigating a gap year, stalled in school, or unsure how to navigate life on their own, this coaching relationship creates structure, focus, and a path forward—based on who they are and where they want to go.
For the past 17 years, I have worked with software development teams and leaders—helping them organize their work, break down tasks into smaller, manageable segments. As an Agile Coach, I teach individuals and teams how to implement lean, timely, and purposeful practices that align to human-centered principles such as motivation, continuous growth, reflection, and human connection. These Agile practices introduce just-in-time planning, daily check-ins, retrospection, conflict resolution, and accountability. Each of these elements transfers over into our personal lives beautifully. And they work very well in the context of life transitions.
During Agile LifeLaunch Coaching, young adults explore:
- Vision for what matters most to them
- Values that guide meaningful decisions
- Strengths they may not have recognized or have forgotten they possessed
- Goals they want to set for themselves that are challenging, yet achievable
- Small, incremental steps that demonstrate progress and inspire confidence
Goals for This Work
Through this work, I create psychological safety that is necessary to support your adult child as they shift beyond their limitations.
- Build trust – by creating space for open dialogue
- Be a voice they can hear – by being authentic and objective
- Inspire openness – by creating psychological safety
- Promote forward momentum & growth – by creating simple structure that allows them to flow, rather than feel constricted
- Support them as individuals – by seeing, hearing, and recognizing their unique strengths, personality, and indiveduality
- Create open space where your relationship can thrive – by serving as an neutral party who is there to help them get where they want – and need – to be; allowing your dynamic to shift so conversations flow easier, feel lighter, and become more enjoyable
It’s a Partnership
LifeLaunch isn’t therapy or counseling. It isn’t tutoring. And it isn’t forced. It is a dynamic, structured, compassionate process that invites your young adult to take ownership of their next chapter—with me as their coach, and you—as always—by their side.
After a complimentary consultation, I will meet with your adult child or older teen and together, we will determine if Agile LifeLaunch is a good fit. Once your child has met me, and bought into this process, I will begin working with them—helping them to envision their best self, and make gradual progress towards the goals that we set together with you at their side.
Supporting their journey doesn’t mean doing it for them. It means creating space for them to find their way—confidently, purposefully, and with the right kind of guidance.
Does this sound like something you and your child may be interested in? I’d love to chat. Feel free to reach out or request a complimentary consultation where we will get to know one another and take it from there. No pressure, no commitment. Just checking in to see if there’s an opportunity to support your adult child in realizing their potential.
