to Progress

You know their potential—let Agile LifeLaunch make it their reality. Coach Kimberly inspires action and incremental progress through life coaching for your adult child or older teen.

Objectivity, Empowerment
& Support

Sometimes, young adults need a voice outside the family dynamic. As an neutral party, coach Kimberly DeVault holds them accountable from a place of empowerment and objectivity.

Self-Organization
& Accountability

As an empowering approach to self-organization and accountability, LifeLaunch’s structured, supportive coaching approach is designed to help them lead themselves.

  • Your child is in college but struggles to focus, follow through, or manage life on their own.
  • Your child has returned home after a false start.

When Family Dynamics Fuel Frustration

Agile LifeLaunch Life Coaching for your adult child

The parent-child dynamic is inherently imbalanced, since the adult holds the responsibility for the child. Therefore, the power dynamic between a parent and child can impact the results of a seemingly inocuous question or conversation. Since a coach is outside the family dynamic, children often respond differently, allowing a coach to neutralize tensions; allowing space for a shift.

  • You’ve noticed signs of avoidance, anxiety, or self-doubt—but they resist your help.
  • Tensions continue to rise and neither of you are sure what the next step should be.
  • Attempts to offer support result in frustration, withdrawal, or conflict.
  • You’ve tried virtually everything, and wonder if your child might respond better to someone outside the family.

The Agile LifeBoard:

Objective, Results-Oriented Support & Structure

While using the Agile LifeBoard system, Life coaching for your adult child becomes more than just theory. Through recurring rituals, they will set goals, break down tasks, and follow through on them incrementally. With each small win, they build autonomy, self-leadership, and confidence—without pressure, judgment, or power struggles.

The Agile LifeBoard is a personal-alignment practice that brings structure through simple, recurring rituals that promote focus, action, reflection, and transformation.
