Agile LifeWorks offers a selection of physical products (such as mugs, notebooks, and other Agile-themed items) fulfilled through Printify, a print-on-demand service.

Here’s what you can expect:

Order Processing and Fulfillment:
Orders are printed and shipped by Printify’s network of trusted vendors. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary based on the product and your location. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after fulfillment. You will receive tracking information as soon as your item ships.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your cart.

Returns and Exchanges:
Because these products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery if you experience an issue.

Agile LifeWorks offers digital training resources including workshop slides, facilitation guides, workbooks, and planning templates.

How Digital Products Are Delivered:
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure download link. You may also receive access via a customer dashboard or email follow-up, depending on the format.

File Formats:
All downloads are provided in PDF, PowerPoint (.PPTX), or Miro board access format, depending on the product purchased. File types are clearly listed in the product description.

Access Period:
Download links will be accessible for 12 months after the date the email is sent out. Materials hosted on Miro or other third-party tools, access instructions and any expiration timelines will be included in your confirmation email.
